The gallery runs from local curated artists presenting their work, in addition to the standard art collection of the gallery.
Akron´s mission is to support and present firstly the talented local artists and furthermore artists from Norway and all over the world.
AKRON gallery is situated on a charming corner at Bakklandet in Trondheim. The area is a very popular part of town, well-known for the "gamle bybro" it’s many cafes, galleries and little shops.

We want to present an expanded range of artworks from Fine Arts, Painting, Photography, Installations, Video and Graphic Design, to any other art-related expressions but the requirement for quality will not be diminish.
Applicants can be individuals, arts groups, cultural institutions, embassies, cultural institutions and private collectors from Norway and abroad.
